London-headquartered FinTech Revolut has announced the launch of a new mobile network.
The company has rolled out Revolut Mobile to waitlist customers, with general access available from January next year.
The new service, powered by mobile services operating system Gigs, is managed within the existing Revolut app, with customers able to activate a plan in seconds, keeping their existing number or selecting a new one.
Revolut Mobile offers unlimited 5G data, calls, and texts with 20GB of roaming data in the EU and US for a special early-bird rate of £12.50.
Customers joining from 24 February 2026 onwards will pay £14.99/month.
The move comes after Revolut became one of the first financial apps to offer global eSIMs for its customers to stay connected when travelling abroad.
Since its launch in 2024, Revolut customers have created millions of data plans that have been used in more than 100 locations worldwide.
eSIM is now Revolut’s number one non-financial services product in terms of usage.
Revolut’s loyalty programme, RevPoints, will also be integrated with mobile plans, allowing customers to pay for or discount their plan using their points.
Hadi Nasrallah, general manager, Telco at Revolut said: “Revolut Mobile is more than just another mobile service, it’s a truly differentiated alternative designed to change the industry. Our goal is simple: offer the best service, at the best price, leveraging the best user experience. We’re bringing true innovation with features such as multiple numbers & global messaging, while removing any hassle or hidden fees from the process.”
